BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7416 Igou Gap Road, being on the southwest line of Igou Gap Road southeast of Gunbarrel Road. An unplatted tract, being the property described in deed book 1212, page 263, ROHC. Tax Map No. 159A-A-8. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Growth Corridor Standards relative to landscaping, screening, buffer areas, sidewalks, etc. 2. Dedication of additional right-of-way along Igou Gap Road for 40 feet from centerline. 3. A landscaping screen along abutting residentially zoned properties. 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
